IN CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. In case of bodily injury requiring medical attention, immediately contact the appropriate emergency service agencies, usually reached through 911 service.
2. Immediately after the accident, secure the scene. Minimize the possibility of collisions at the affected scene. Take photos if possible.
3. Secure the vehicle at an authorized BRP dealership or via a BRP employee. Do not allow the vehicle to be ridden until inspected and signed off by the Legal Department.
4. Complete the accident report and gather as much information as possible including photos.
5. Within 48 hours, forward the report, the photos and the signed waiver and checklist (if applicable) to the Legal Department to marie-claude.simard@brp.com and Risk Management Department (insurance) to france.saint-onge@brp.com
6. If the accident involves a BRP employee during work duty, please have him contact his Human Resources representative to follow the appropriate procedures and paperwork. Copy of accident report should be also sent within 48 hours to the Legal Department to marie-claude.simard@brp.com
